I am not trained; I didn’t go to culinary school; but I love cooking. I spent my childhood life staying at home, because I was fragile and always ill. With that, I became my mother’s assistant in the kitchen whenever possible. I found this activity in lieu of other past time. And as I grew up and started living independently, it became a hobby and a stress reliever. I simply enjoy cooking for my family and friends. I love rediscovering dishes; creating new life to boring recipes; and exploring different tastes. Nothing beats like cooking from the heart with passion.
